Take a stroll among the many stands where the locals offer their homemade products, visit the local wine cellar, attend Mass in the local church and finally enjoy the very attractive folk dances.

Trsteno can be described as a successful attempt to fit natural characteristics together in order to achieve perfect harmony between man and nature. The village is famous for the two gigantic plane trees, both over 500 years old, which are now part of the oldest botanical garden in Croatia, the Arboretum. Established at the end of the 15th century as a summer residence of the Gučetić family, today it presents the finest example of Croatian landscape architecture.

The island of Korčula undoubtedly holds a very privileged position among the Croatian islands. Here on the island, there are even more legends, tales and monuments than one can find anywhere else. As the native people of Korčula have always worked as stonemasons, shipbuilders and seafarers, they have left their works all over the world, yet they have managed to save the best works for their own city of Korčula.

The Konavle valley is a fascinating region in the hinterland of Dubrovnik. Known for its traditional way of living, pure olive oil, green honey, sweet-smelling herbs and embroidery, it is a real ethnographic and natural jewel of Croatia. Start the day by attending the well-known folk dances in the village of Čilipi. The performance will display the beautiful national costumes and the richness in culture and tradition. Be sure not to miss the opportunity to stroll around the open market which is set up in the village.

Međugorje is a unique phenomenon in the modern world. It is believed that Our Lady appeared in front of a group of children already in 1981. Thanks to Her apparitions, this simple village parish has become a place of gathering of a multitude of pilgrims from all over the world, and it is today one of the biggest prayer centres in the world. Many visitors say that they have found faith and peace in this place. You will have the opportunity to visit the Apparition Hill and attend Mass in the local church. Mostar — the city where the North meets the South and the West meets the East.
